Probably Due To Network Congestion

The other week we popped down to see Toby at www.redwillowbrewery.com in Macclesfield, lovely looking logo and simple name which is not bound to a place or stuck with a built-in history. A very good thing in my view.Here are some photos of the brewery, more available on his website, the 6 Barrel brewery was manufactured by Elite Stainless Fabrications

Directionless – 4.2
Centennial (main bittering) then lots of Amarillo and Centennial towards the end and flameout ; Pale, Wheat & Caramalt
A balanced and easy drinking session ale, warm amber in colour, made with Amarillo and Centennial hops providing a subtle candied orange fruitiness.

Headless – 3.9
Centennial (main bittering hop) cascade late hops; Pale, Caramalt, Torrefied Wheat
Refreshingly floral Pale Ale with a restrained orange-led bitterness and a light, straw-hued colour

Smokeless – 5.7
Target hops (but fairly irrelevant),  Pale Malt, Munich, Smoked Malt, Chocolate, Crystal, Brown. Towards the end of fermentation Chipotles added ~ 5 days

A surprisingly approachable smoked porter, velvet smooth with a robust malt backbone. This is infused with Chipotles to give even more smokiness and a subtle hint of heat, a real winter warmer

Wreckless – 4.8
Citra & Amarillo, Pale and Wheat Malt and Caramalt
Our newest beer, a Pale Ale loaded with Citra and Amarillo hops providing massive amounts of tropical fruit with a clean finish.

Ageless – 7.2
Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial, Chinook ,  dry hopped for about 2 weeks. Pale, Caramalt

Stressless – 3.9
Same base as Smokeless, but scaled down to 3.9%, no chipotles added (thinking if I want I should be able to Partigyle this with Smokeless – not that I’ve done it yet)
An easy drinking dark mild with a hint of smokiness.

Feckless – 4.1
Target, Challenger, Fuggles, Goldings – Pale, Pale Choc, Crystal, dry hopped with Target
A classic British beer, rich toffee and malt balanced with the subtle flavours of Challenger, Goldings and Target hops.
